    • Labels are now clickable & display all OKR view filtered based on the clicked label

  • It is now possible to have OKR levels that meet your needs e.g.

    • Corporate level

      • These levels are completely customizable & can be configured based on your needs.

  • Enhanced filter management on browse OKRs page 

    • It is now possible to rename/delete a 'view'/filter from browsing OKRs screen.

  • Create or edit team objectives permission can be granted to any user (who are not team leads).

    • Previously you could only select team leads to create/edit team objectives.

    • Now admin can select any team member even if she is not a team lead

  • On a request from a majority of the customers, we have brought back on-screen filters

    • This is useful to pin down a specific set of OKRs within a view during meetings)

    • This ensures that you don't have to 'store a view' even for a quick temporary search.

    • On-screen filters apply on top of the 'view' that is selected.

    • On-screen filters can be hidden from the screen to reduce the clutter.

    • You can also choose which filters you want to be displayed.

    • Your latest view & the on-screen filters are persisted to be used for your next visit to browse OKR screen.

  • Sharing your OKRs views with others

    • Your OKRs views can now be shared across users and/or teams.

    • This works the same as you'd set the objective visibility.

  • 'Clone' a distribution

    • You can pick existing distribution, make changes (if needed) and simply distribute!

  • Ability to add company objectives in objective cycle

    • On a request from a lot of customers, this feature is brought into the app.

    • You can create separate cycles for company objectives or add them to any existing objective cycle.

    • Note for existing users of Employee Success

      • Existing company objectives are moved to relevant objective cycles.

      • If system doesn't find any matching cycle then a new generic cycle is created for such company objectives.

      • Please check your OKRs settings page.

  • Introduced a new workflow called One-On-One discussions

    • This workflow has been added to self & manager review template.

    • Specially designed to conduct One-On-One meetings/reviews.

    • Read One on one performance review

  • Confidence status display names to be made configurable

    • Now it is possible to change default confidence status names to anything you want.

  • Feedback can now be given to multiple users at a time

  • Objective owners are not populated automatically

    • Assign to me, assign to team lead - actions appear beside the owner field

  • Introduced a new feedback type called 'independent'

    • Previously if a user has not selected any feedback type it was considered as independent feedback by default.

    • Now we have added a separate feedback type called 'independent' allows you to classify your generic feedback properly.

  • Close & Carry Forward option should be available for 'Ready to Close' objectives

  • Share form option even if the distribution is closed

  • Field labels on give/request feedback pop are changed

    • 'Receiver' is now 'feedback for' & 'shared with' changed to 'visibility'

Bugs

  • Hierarchy view now groups together KRs & Alignments to make them more readable.

  • OKR status was updated a day before due date, in some cases. That should now be addressed.

  • OKR export excel now includes original value, current value & target value.

  • The confidence score configuration bug introduced in the last release is now fixed.

  • 360 form excel export was revealing reviewer names even when they should have been anonymous, that is now fixed.
