• New 'User permissions' centralize votes and comments settings. 🎛️

  • Check out the new 'User permissions' in the board settings. All votes and comments settings are now in one spot. We've also moved commenter name & comment liker name settings from field mapping for simplicity. This change makes it easier to manage votes-comments-related permissions for Admins-JSM agents, customers, and not logged-in users. Enjoy the streamlined interface!

  • Enhancements have been made to the workflow for configuring your SMTP email address for board notifications. Now, you can swiftly modify the email address utilized for sending roadmap board notifications across all boards with just one click within the app settings menu. Additionally, it's simple to disconnect or update the SMTP email address as needed.

  • There was a bug that caused the options of multi-select or single fields used within the filters to not align with the context set for these fields within the JSM project where the portal is hosted. This issue has been resolved.

• Login issues have been resolved, eliminating the need for a previously logged-in user to repeatedly log in to the roadmap portal. 😃
