Keeping your data secure & maintaining your privacy is of critical importance for Amoeboids Technologies Pvt Ltd. We ensure strict policy adherence to guarantee security & privacy of the customer data.

This Data security & Privacy policy document augments the End User License Agreement (for monday.com apps)document.

Overview

Amoeboids Technologies Pvt Ltd does not collect, store or process any private or sensitive information in the apps available on the monday.com apps marketplace.

Cookies

Google Analytics is used for collecting usage information regarding the Amoeboids website(s). A tracking cookie may be placed by Google to enable the collection of analytical data. The information collected is stored anonymously. Our website(s) also use Hubspot to support live chat scenarios. A tracking cookie may be placed by Hubspot to collect relevant information.

To improve performance of our marketing activities & make them more efficient, from time to time, we use different tools & technologies on our marketing website(s). We will keep this document up to date to ensure full transparency with regards to cookie tracking & other practices.

3rd Party domains

Our monday.com apps use Google fonts by internally connecting to the 3rd party domain https://fonts.googleapis.com/. Apart from this, there are no other 3rd party domains that the apps connect to.

Support

Amoeboids uses Atlassian Jira Cloud with Jira Service Management to provide customer support. Customers who wish to contact Amoeboids support will end up creating an Atlassian account even if they reach out to us via the Service desk email. The Atlassian account & relevant information requested during its creation are stored & processed by Atlassian and governed by the Atlassian Privacy Policy.

If a customer licenses or subscribes to one of our products, we are collecting license details as well as the name and email address of the customers' registered monday.com contact and, if applicable the reseller company. Decadis AG uses this data expressly for accounting, support verification purposes and periodic customer information newsletters pertaining to the product (i.e. Release Notes). Once the subscription is canceled or has expired, we delete the personal contact information within 10 business days from our records, unless a longer retention period is legally required.

Access to customer data

Only authorized Amoeboids Technologies Pvt Ltd employees and subcontractors have access to customer account data. Subcontractors are contractually bound to the same data security and privacy standards that apply to our employees.

Updates

This Data security & Privacy policy document can be changed without prior notice, as our policies may change or as part of a requirement to comply with relevant laws.
