How to manually trigger HRMS sync?
Follow steps mentioned below to manually trigger HRMS sync
Click on ‘Manuall trigger’ option in company directory >> HRMS sync >> server details tab
In the pop-up window add name of the file that contains user/team data.
Type of data can either be -
User data
Team data
Click on action ‘Fetch’.
When system is able to retrieve records, it shows them on the pop-up.
When system not able to retrieve records, shows a message ‘No records available’
You would get to see a preview panel just below the message which shows the number of records fetched.
The preview panel will also show all records, from where you can check the fetched records and its mapping in UpRaise.
If the you find it suitable then click on ‘Sync now’ & 'Confirm'
Upon confirmation, all data will be synced.
